To implement these backgrounds, see the siteBlogger Layout Tutorial- it might seem a bit intimidating, but the process of using thes templates is straight-forward.. Also, there is a lot of other info at Blogspot Blog Tips. The one drawback of a Blogger blog is that they require you to keep the menu bar at the top that allows your visitors to go to a new random blog - see this screen shot. In the vast majority of times, this next site will not be something to be concerned about, but not all!
